Here’s how the process works:
1. Submit a Price Sheet
Start by submitting your price sheet. This helps us review your scope, pricing, and service areas. Please email this to estimating@landmarkfinehomes.com.
2. Review & Fit Assessment
Our Construction Department will review your price sheet.
• If your pricing and scope align with current needs, we’ll reach out to discuss next steps, such as reviewing past work, references, or visiting job sites.
• If we’re not actively needing your trade or supplier right now, we’ll add you to our bench list — a pre-approved list we keep on file for future projects. (Our bench list is always growing, and we revisit it regularly as needs change!)
3. Approval & Onboarding
If it’s a good fit, we’ll finalize the partnership by:
• Collecting required documentation (insurance, W-9, safety info, etc.)
• Setting you up in our system
• Adding you to our project distribution and scheduling network
4. Start Building With Us
Once you’re onboarded, our team will connect you with current or upcoming opportunities. You’ll officially be part of the Landmark Fine Homes trade family.
5. Other Available Careers
Other career opportunities will be posted on Indeed as they become available.
