It’s that special time of year again—our favorite tradition is back, and we want you to be part of it!
Join us for our Annual Thanksmas Party & Toy Drive, happening December 4th, 2025 from 3pm-6:30pm at our new model home in Manning Estates. This heartfelt event is our way of kicking off the holiday season, celebrating community, and giving back to local children in need.
A New Model & Holiday Cheer
Whether you’re already part of the Landmark family or simply want to get into the holiday spirit, this event is for you. Come tour our brand-new model home—decked out for the season—and enjoy an afternoon of fun, food, and fellowship with our team, neighbors, and friends.
Give a Toy, Get a Treat
We’re proud to once again partner with Fostering Futures, a local nonprofit providing vital support to children in foster care. Here’s how you can help:
- Bring an unwrapped toy to donate.
For each toy you bring, you’ll receive a ticket for our on-site food truck—because giving back should come with something delicious in return! - There will also be FREE photos with Santa from 4pm-6pm.
All donations will go directly to children in the Fostering Futures program, helping ensure every child experiences the joy and warmth of the holiday season.
Come Celebrate with Us!
Whether you stop by to tour the model, drop off a toy, or stay for the full celebration, we’d love to see you there. This event is a chance to connect, give back, and enjoy the season with people who care—because at Landmark, community always comes first.
