Making an Impact

To celebrate this major milestone, Landmark Fine Homes will be giving away a series of $2,500 donations to local non-profits throughout the year. We believe that a strong community is the foundation of every great home, and we’re excited to honor the organizations doing meaningful work to uplift others.

The Sparrow Project

We’re thrilled to announce that the first recipient of our 25th Anniversary Giving Campaign is The Sparrow Project, a local non-profit with a heart for families navigating the journey of special needs and disabilities.

The Sparrow Project exists to support families by offering inclusive programming, sensory-friendly events, respite care, and real connection. Their mission is to provide spaces where everyone belongs, regardless of ability—offering dignity, joy, and encouragement to children with special needs and their families. Whether it's monthly events, educational workshops, or peer connection, Sparrow Project serves as a vital lifeline to the families in our community who need it most.
