Can I use a Realtor?

Yes. We gladly collaborate with Realtors and truly value the relationships we’ve built within the real estate community. If you have a trusted agent, we welcome their involvement and are happy to work alongside them throughout the process. Landmark Fine Homes does pay Realtor commissions in accordance with our policy, and we appreciate the professionalism and expertise agents bring to their clients.

While using a Realtor is certainly welcome, it is not required. Our experienced sales consultants are fully equipped to guide you through every step of the homebuilding and purchase process. They handle the contracts directly and are here to ensure a smooth, transparent experience from initial consultation through closing.
