How Self-Guided Tours Work

Getting started only takes a few minutes! Follow these easy steps to unlock and tour one of our beautiful homes:

1. Scan the Barcode on the Front Door

When you arrive at the home, locate the Nter Now barcode near the front entrance and scan it with your phone.

2. Create an Account

You’ll be prompted to create a quick account through the Nter Now system.

3. Verify Your Identity

For your safety and ours, you’ll scan your driver’s license to confirm your identity and verify that you are a real visitor.

4. Select the Home You’d Like to Tour

Choose the specific Landmark Fine Homes property you are visiting.

5. Enter the ID Number

Input the provided home ID number into the system.

6. Receive Your 4-Digit Access Code

Nter Now will generate a unique 4-digit code for your tour. Enter the code onto the keypad located on the door, then press the checkmark button.

7. Wait 5 Seconds for the Alarm to Clear

Once the code is accepted, give the system a few seconds to disarm before opening the door.

8. You’re All Set!

Important Things to Know

After completing your first tour and verifying your identity, you will not need to scan your driver’s license again for future tours. Simply sign back into your Nter Now account to continue touring homes.

However, each Landmark Fine Homes property has its own unique QR code and home ID number, so you will still need to scan the barcode at every home you visit and enter that specific home’s ID number to gain access.
