What is your price per sq ft?

At Landmark Fine Homes, we are a custom home builder, so pricing is not determined by a fixed “price per square foot.” The cost of your home depends entirely on the floor plan, structural modifications, homesite, and the selections you make throughout the process.

To provide a helpful starting point, most of our homes typically fall in the $200–$250 per square foot range. However, that range can vary depending on factors such as:

  • Materials (brick, stone, siding combinations)
  • Ceiling heights and structural complexity
  • Cabinetry, countertops, and flooring selections
  • Mechanical systems and energy features
  • Outdoor living spaces and specialty features

Two homes with the same square footage can vary significantly in price based on design and finish level. Because of this, we walk each customer through our detailed bid process to provide accurate, personalized pricing based on their chosen lot and floor plan.
